New bow thruster drive
One of the vessel's two bow thruster drives had failed.

Frequency drive with the cover off and a multimeter clamped to the terminals
I installed a new drive and improved the response of both by moving from speed limiting to torque control. The result: a quicker thruster response and less load stress on the generators.
